- Pots can be reserved with a 20% deposit. (Option at checkout)
Trade Shows - Pots can also be purchased from EBPC at various trade shows and pot talks around U.K. & Europe. We hope to see you soon!

Delivery - EBPC deliver worldwide. At checkout you can chose delivery as below, or we can deliver to certain trade shows for no extra charge.

Refunds & Returns
Thank you for purchasing from the EBPC!
There is no extra charge for 'packing costs', however we pack pots with extreme care; using mostly environmentally friendly options where possible. A pot is yet to arrive 'damaged'! In the unlikely event there is an issue however, please be assured you are well covered!
All purchases are guaranteed against any damage or loss in the post.
- If any pots arrive broken or are lost in the post, EBPC customers immediately receive a 100% refund including postage costs.
- In the unlikely event a pot arrives with minor damage (e.g. a small chip), the customer will have the option to:
* Return the pot with a full refund, or
* Keep the pot with a mutually agreeable partial refund.
- Should a customer decide they don't like a pot, they will have the option to return the pot for a full refund (minus shipping). Refunds are given as soon as the pot arrives back to us undamaged within 28 days.
The EBPC represents many of Europe's finest bonsai potters, and as such, we are dedicated to high levels of customer service.
We will always endeavour to resolve any issue you might have with speed and courtesy.
